Berryessa Chinese School has Soccer Teams

!! BCS Youth Soccer has limited openings for all teams !!

If your child is at least 5 year of age, BCS Youth Soccer is accepting applications for student players. You have to act fast, when the team is full, it is full.

The goal of BCS Youth Soccer Program is to develop and deliver quality youth team athletics for BCS students in a fun, family-like environment. Our manager, secretaries, and coaching staff are all parent volunteers who have helped make this program prosperous for the past 20 years.

BCS Youth Soccer is based on a sign-up (not try-out) recruiting system. As long as there is space on the team, every child who signs up can join the team. We try to create a recreational environment in which every child plays, especially for the younger age groups. All of our coaches believe in building soccer skills and self-worth through encouragement and teaching, and promote positive behavior both on the field and on the sidelines. Moreover, we promote a “Trying your best!” attitude to encourage better self-esteem for each and every player.

With new school year started, you can register your kids at the beginning of our practice hours as listed below.

2023-2024 Practice Field Locations

Practice Date: On the same Saturday when there is Chinese School

Location: Morrill Middle School soccer field

Time: 2pm – 4.20pm

Important Information

Please don’t forget to bring enough water and put on sunblock. Also please bring all empty bottles back for recycle.
It is suggested that all players bring a hard shell cooler with player’s name clearly marked on top instead of just bringing a bottle of water. Cooler can be doubled as a chair for player to rest and will prevent mix up with other player’s water bottles
All players need to wear team jersey, dark colored (Royal Blue) short, shin-guards (totally covered by socks) and soccer shoes.
No player can participate in scrimmages without shin-guards.
